A different version of the book meme, from Jon at Misplaced Keys...
Instructions:
- Grab the nearest book.
- Open the book to page 123.
- Find the fifth sentence.
- Post the text of the next 3 sentences on your blog along with these instructions.
- Don’t you dare dig for that “cool” or “intellectual” book in your closet! I know you were thinking about it! Just pick up whatever is closest.
"It's an ambush, Judge," Harry Rex said.
"Sit down, Mr. Vonner," His Honor said, and I took a seat in the witness chair. I fired a look at Harry Rex as if to say, "Nice work, lawyer." - From "The Last Juror" by John Grisham

Alas, all the books within reach of my computer are technical books, so it'd be a pretty boring blog post (I mean, who [other than me] wants to see a sentence or two from "SQL In a Nutshell"?

I would Jim. That's accepting you don't have a problem reading a line or two from my Sybex CCDP manual. It sort of tells a little snippet about the writer.
Queen,
This meme has been running around since the end of last year or earlier. the furthest I could go back on my thread was November 28th or so. By continually going back it sort of tells a chain history. Rather cool way to explore blogs!
