Class is officially over, and since hubby-head and I started a week earlier than everyone else, the true count is now 9 weeks ... so after 9 weeks:
Current weight: 197 pounds.
Still making progress - 26 pounds so far, and hubby-head has lost 21-1/2.
I will continue the weekly updates as long as I remember to, until we both reach our goals. My goal is flexible - for my height, the "ideal" weight range is between 120 and 140... In high school I was about 135 - but that was nearly 15 years ago, and I'd be happy to get back to 140. I was there about 5 or 6 years ago, but didn't maintain it.
