Wow! I'd love to play along :)

My starting weight on June 27th was 178. As of this morning, I weigh 162. My goal weight is 128, and I'm hoping to get there by March 16, 2006 (my 28th birthday).

I haven't been this "thin" in 3 years, so I'm quite proud of myself. I love-love-love Weight Watchers. The weight doesn't fall off fast, but it does come off and the plan is something I can live with forever.

Best of luck to everyone who is participating! If I can do it, ANYONE can! :)

Howdy, I did this for a while with Bou and a few others. I decided that until I can start working out on a regular basis, I will pass. That and quit eating all those M&Ms when I'm stressed. GRIN.


Well, 191 this morning with a crazy scale that weighed me 4 different weights within 15 minutes! I'm doing a combo of South Beach Diet and Atkins.



I'm not sure if this is right, but I looked at the scale yesterday and saw something along the lines of 268, but today I saw 265 because I wanted to re-weigh since I wasn't paying much attention yesterday. I guess we'll use 265 for the starting point.
