That's exactly what I was thinking of myself! We really are alike!! I'm excited. My eats of yesterday - yogurt for breakfast +vitamins, lunch was a bowl of chicken noodle soup, dinner was a crispy apple. Then I had a birthday party so I had one small scoop of ice cream - I bypassed the cake! I refuse to count calories, etc. That's not much for a grown adult. I'm trying to train my tummy to want less!

I am planning on doing for the first 3 weeks mainly fruits, vegetables, and chicken. I am also planning on exercising cardio for 1 hour in the mornings. I hope I can accomplish this. Anyways. Looking forward to doing this with ya'll :)
